Who can enter the GHIPCon Awards?

The Awards are open to individuals, companies, and organizations operating within Ghana’s downstream petroleum sector, including marketers, transporters, retailers, LPG operators, and service providers.

Is there a nomination fee?

No. Nominations for the GHIPCon Awards are free of charge.

Can I nominate someone anonymously?

Yes. You may submit a nomination on behalf of another person or organization without disclosing your identity. However, sufficient supporting information must be provided.

How do I submit a nomination?

Nominations can be submitted online via the official GHIPCon Awards website. Complete the form with your personal/company details, select the category, include a short description (up to 500 words), and attach any supporting documents or media.

What supporting materials can I include?

You may attach PDF documents, photos, video links, or other materials that strengthen your nomination. References are optional but encouraged.

When and where will the winners be announced?

Winners will be revealed during the GHIPCon Awards & Gala Night, held in conjunction with the Ghana International Petroleum Conference. Details of the event will be available on the website.
